In response to the current COVID-19 situation, we have had to make changes to how we do things in-store. Thankfully, pet stores have been deemed ‘essential services’ so we plan to be open as long as we can do so safely.
Here are some of the things we are doing in an effort to keep both our staff & customers safe, while ensuring our business can still run efficiently:
-Plexiguard screen installed at our cash area
-Tape markers on the floor around our cash area at a distance of 6ft
-Frequent sanitizing of commonly touched services, cash area, and grooming shop
-Hand sanitizer available for all customers at our cash area
-Increased signage to help remind customers of the necessary social distancing procedures
-Limiting the number of customers inside our store in order to maintain social distancing requirements
-Phone orders, curbside pick up and delivery options are all available
-Debit and credit cards are strongly preferred, but at this time we are still accepting cash
As long as we continue to welcome customers into our store, we kindly ask that everyone follow social distancing guidelines, be respectful of our staff & fellow shoppers and be quick in making purchases so we can better manage the number of customers in the store.
